Fyinance Network Subscription

 

Fyinance’s phone subscription plan is an evolutionary advancement towards leasing and an exceptional technique to obtain the phone and carrier of your desires. All leases will be followed by a particular subscription plan – all of which enter the guidelines through a flat rate and equal terms; additionally, each subscriber will have an equitable monthly rate of $19 (select subscription), $39 (premium plus subscription) $49 (prestige subscription) every month regardless of their choices of device and carrier. However, regarding the carriers, Fyinance will only be including providers such as Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint as we currently do not provide devices for MVNO carriers. Ultimately, the subscription plan allows the option of multiple and various device upgrade/replacements annually and further includes insurance, a carrier port guide, and two damaged phone replacements per year. In a general definition, the optional processes include:

 

- Selecting a carrier and device.

 

- Optionally upgrade or replace your device after every, and any, quarter.

 

 

Defining a Lease

 

On this site, we use the terms "rent","lease," "lease agreement," "subscription" and "agreement" the same. (We usually use the term "Subscription.") This payment option provides subscribers the flexibility to select a phone for a lower monthly cost versus, and compared to, leading phone and insurance corporations. Fyinance will own the deivce 100% of the time unless otherwise expressed by Fyinance and its board of directors.

 

 

Owning a Device

 

Under a lease agreement, Fyinance will own the device 100% of the time unless otherwise expressed by Fyinance and it's board of directors.

Size(s) of Device Space (GB or TB)

 

Subscribers will be provided with manufacturer entree level size(s) for all subscription level(s). If a subscriber is to prefer a bigger size, they can simply select the provided option in addition to their subscription. *These prices are subjected to change at any time without prior notice.

 

1. Any Size - ($10 per month) - Allows subscriber(s) to upgrade the same device to any size they need. *limited subscription level applies

 

Subscribers who have had an active subscription for 6 months or 180 days can automatically choose "Any Size" option for their account.

New subscriptions will have to pay a one time $50 add-on charge at the time of sign up.

 

Device Upgrading Period(s)

 

Subscribers will be allowed a total of one (1) upgrade per year or every 12 months at no additional cost. If a subscriber would prefer to upgrade more often, they can simply select the provided option in addition to their subscription. *These prices are subjected to change at any time without prior notice.

 

1. Any Time - ($10 per month) - Allows subscribers to upgrade to any device they choose. *limited subscription level applies

 

Subscribers who have had an active subscription for  6 months or 180 days can automatically choose "Any Time" option for their account.

New subscriptions will have to pay a one time $50 add-on charge at the time of sign up.

 

Returning, Replacing or Upgrading a Device During a Lease

 

In perspective of early device renewal, after a minimum of one year – 12 months – of an individual’s arrival of a new phone (also includes any replacement or upgrade), they will be eligible and have the option to upgrade or replace their device with any carrier of their choosing. To check or view your upgrade eligibility, visit www.fyinance.com and sign in.

- If the customer is upgrading, and/or returning, a device online or over the phone:

o We'll automatically ship a return kit to the user if their current device will be traded in.

o The device must be provided, regardless of condition, and put it into the envelope or box provided.

o Use UPS.com to find the nearest UPS location or call 1-800-PICK-UPS to arrange a pickup

 

 

Losing Return Kit or Return Label

 

If you lost your return kit or return label we already sent to you, request a replacement at https://www.fyinance.online. Fyinance will provide instructions to answer the questions or confusion behind the customer’s particular situation. Ensure your phone is securely packaged to avoid a possible Damaged Device Fee being assessed to your account.

 

 

Quarterly/End of Agreement Options for Leased Devices

 

In the event a customer approaches the end of their lease term, the individual will be presented with three options:

1. Upgrade Device: Upgrading to a disparate phone will be allowed immediately after the third quarter – or six months – of attainment of the previous device. If the customer chooses to upgrade their particular phone, they will be provided with the aforementioned Return Kit and Label.

2. Use Credits To Redeem A Similar Device: The option of redeeming a device will only be presented to the customer if, and only if, they have made their subscription payments on time and have saved enough points to redeem said device.

3. Return Device: The customer will have the option of returning their chosen device at the end of their lease term.

 

 

Cancelling Leasing Subscription

 

The lease operates and applies on a month-to-month basis. If the customer cancels their leasing subscription, they are required to pay for their subscription for the remaining month and must return the phone.

 

 

Phone Issues (Damaged, Lost, Stolen, etc.)

 

In the event that the customer’s device has been damaged, lost, or stolen, please contact us at www.fyinance.com and or fyinanceadmin@fyinance.net and the necessary procedures. Each subscription plan, along with each phone, is included with a device protection plan to protect, replace, and repair the customer’s device. Additionally, under Fyinance’s particular plan, if the phone is damaged, we offer replacements on physical, mechanical, and electrical failures with no hidden costs. Further, if the device is lost or stolen, the customer may follow up by filing a claim online. If the customer has an issue with their device, they may visit www.fyinance.online for troubleshooting assistance or, if they have leased their current phone for over 6 months, request an upgrade.

 

 

 Wait-List Information

 

 

The waitlist will be allowed for any and all potential subscribers for Fyinance's Phone Subscription Plan. To obtain a spot on Fyinance's waiting list, the customer will be charged a (refundable) fee of $50; through this payment, the customer will be allowed to stay on the waitlist until they are ready to fully subscribe, or unless informed otherwise, to our device plan. Additionally, the waitlist will also allow the potential subscriber to receive $50 off their initiation fee; however, the user must essentially be a member on the waitlist for a minimum of 30 days to receive their $50 credit towards their account initiation. This payment-to-credit method will only be allowed for Premium Plans. The waitlist will not work for the newest devices released; users will need to have already been a paying subscriber to request a device that was recently launched/released. 

 

Pay It Forward Information

 

 

Pay It Forward will be allowed for any and all potential subscribers for Fyinance's Phone Subscription Plan. To obtain the benefits of Fyinance's "Pay It Forward", the customer will be charged a (partial-refundable) fee of $100; through this payment, the customer will be allowed to save $240 or $10 per month for a total of 24 months or 2 years. If the customer decides to cancel their pay it forward benefits, they will be charged an early $20 termination fee. The customers "Pay It Forward' benefits will become active immediately after payment is made.

 

 

Billing/Payments

 

 

Even after a lease subscription term of month-to- months has ended, Fyinance still owns the device; moreover, the customer will continue to make month-to-month payments of $19 (select subscription), $39 (premium plus subscription $49 (prestige subscription). Fyinance does not accept pre-paid credit cards as this payment method will generally be declined; additionally, if the user places an order with a pre-paid credit card, the order will be immediately refunded and will also be canceled. In the event the customer cancels their subscription and continues to be charged, Fyinance will credit this charge back to their account after attainment of the leased device. Payment Credits

 

All Fyinance subscribers that make timely payments will be provided one (1) payment credit every 3 months. "Timely payments" can be defined as any subscription payment paid to Fyinance that is received no later than 7 days from the original due date will be considered a "timely payment." Payment credits are not cash value and can not be redeemed for cash or sold for cash value. Payment credits cannot be traded or sold to anyone or any business operating within an expressed partnership or outside the Fyinance Network. Attempts to sell or trade payment credits will be in direct violation of Fyinance's agreements and policies. Those who violate these terms will be removed from our Fyinance Network immediately without notice and charged appropriate fees as stated in all policies provided. Fyinance has a right to change the way "Payment Credits" are given and received by our subscribers at any time. Fyinance will provide notice beforehand if any changes are to be made.

 

 

Payment Credits" Redemption

 

"Payment Credits" can be used to redeem any offer provided under the payment credit link under your Fyinance Log in account. Many offers will and can be provided by partners or businesses working with Fyinance. The terms of those offers are not provided by Fyinance and Fyinance does not back no support other business policies. Once a subscriber has redeemed a credit(s), they will be accepting those terms and policies at which point credit(s) will be debited from the users "Payment Credit" balance. The credit(s) will have been used and can no longer be applicable for future redemption. If you are to redeem an offer and the Business or Partner working with Fyinance fails to honor their offer, please provide this information to Fyinance team support immediately so we can provide you with a swift and timely solution. Fyinance has a right to change the way "Payment Credits" are given and received by our subscribers at any time. Fyinance will provide notice beforehand if any changes are to be made. 

 

 

Fees & Rights To Charge Fees

 

Fyinance may at anytime these events occur charge the fees as follows

 

 

Lost or Stolen Devices: In the event, you have lost a device you must report it to Fyinance within 48 hours. If you fail to do so you will be subjected to billing fees as listed below. In the event you lose a device and choose not to pay for a replacement device Fyinance will terminate your subscription immediately and will not be charged for any month un-used. Fyinance will then put your account on suspension until the said device can be (1) repaired (2) recovered (3) returned (4) properly investigated. Fyinance has the right to investigate each incident in the manner which Fyinance chooses. Your account will remain suspended indefinitely until Fyinance has completed its own investigation. If and when Fyinance has completed its investigate and have valid proof that the device was lost in a manner which that may not be categorized as intentional, malicious or heinous act. Fyinance will lift your suspension and you may choose to create a new subscription.

 

Cost To Replace Lost or Stolen Devices: For any occurrence, within the first 3 months of your account activation, $399 must be paid before a replacement device is to be shipped out to your home. For any occurrence, within the first 6 months of your account activation but no more than 7 months, $299 must be paid before a replacement device is to be shipped out to your home. For any occurrence, within the first year of your account activation but no more than 13 months (1 year 1 month), $199 must be paid before a replacement device is to be shipped out to your home. For any occurrence, after the 2nd year of your account activation, $99 must be paid before a replacement device is to be shipped out to your home. If at any time you have an occurrence, the time frame for fees accessed by occurrences rest. Per say you had been a membership for One (1) year one (1) month and your device was lost or stolen. You would be expected to pay $99 for your replacement device. If you were to lose a device one (1) month after the first (1st) occurrence you would be expected to pay $299 for that replacement device. The time frame of delivery to replace lost or stolen devices are subject to Fyinance device availability as well as supply and demand for that product.

 

Damaged Devices: $0 For the first (1) occurrences, $99 after the 1st occurrence and occurrence(s) thereafter for the remainder of that 12 month period. However, if the device is damaged within the first 30 days of the issue date, there will be a 50% repair deposit required during this warming period. If for any reason the returned device is received with damages that may be categorized as intentional, malicious or heinous act. Fyinance has a right to suspend and or terminate your subscription indefinitely and refuse to mail a replacement device. At this time Fyinance will have the right to charge you the full retail price of the said damaged device immediately.

 

Devices Not Restored Back To Factory Settings at the time of return: At any given time you return a device to Fyinance without first properly restoring the device back to its original delivery state "Factory Settings" we will access a $50 restoration fee. We will email you instructions on how to restore your device to factory setting when you (1) request a swap device (2) return a damaged device (3) request to end subscription (4) begin your new subscription.

 

Payments Fees: If for any reason you have missed more than 30 days from payments due date, Fyinance will charge you for the final day ending a 30-day cycle and proceed to deactivate (terminate) your account. At this time you will be charged for the remainder of the subscription balance owed; including the balance of the device which must be returned. If the device is not returned the above statement applies.

 

Fyinance allows qualified customers to lease a device(s) from the platform; further, all monthly and/or initial payments follow the same flat rate.
